Keith Pokrywa, the President of Perera Construction and Design, Inc., has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 2023, he has led the company with a focus on excellence.
Known for his leadership, communication, and technical skills, Keith builds trust with clients, employees, and project partners. Some of his successful projects include the Riverside University Health System Medical Office Building, Laserfiche Corporate Headquarters, Margie + Robert E. Petersen Student Center, and Good Samaritan Medical Pavilion. These projects showcase his ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Keith holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Accounting from The Catholic University of America. He is OSHA 10 Certified and has training in industry standards such as OSHPD and FDA.
