Project consisted of new construction with heavy mechanical and electrical systems with associated site work and parking. Also included off-site & on-site sewer pump station, off-site sewer and water.  All metal was grounded to copper grounding grid, electrical grid reconditioning, capable of redirecting energy to other substations in the event of a power failure.
