Project consisted of ground-up, 14,500 sq. ft., two-story administration building with 20 rooms. Class II Road base, and paving was approximately 42,000 sq. ft. and was to accommodate all roadways, parking areas, and drainage requirements for the new administration building. New 300 gallon septic system was also installed.
