City of Hope Medical Center Grace Hall Restoration

Project consisted of the complete renovation of a 1925 historical building which houses an original fresco commissioned in 1935 by Philip Guston and Reuben Kadish. This restoration project included the recreation of stenciled ceiling panels, elaborate plaster moldings and gold leaf toll painting of exposed beams. The project also included the structural refurbishing of badly damaged termite infested foundation and structural members. Elaborate tiled courtyard, including garden benches and fountain.
